These are pictures from the 2016-2017 WSSP Poster Forum held on June 11, 2017 at Johns Hopkin University, Baltimore MD. More than 90 students, teachers, parents, scientists, and school administrators attended the event, in which 40 students presented their findings on the analysis of a novel DNA sequence. Dr. Debra Mathews, Director of the Science Programs for the Johns Hopkins Berman Institute of Bioethic presented a talk on using CRISPR to edit genomes in humans and mosquitos.
